Pass Box/Granule Feeding Machine

 Pass Box

• In our plant there are three types of Pass Box

 Static Pass box
Dynamic Pass box
Vaporized Hydrogen Peroxide Sterilizer (VHPS) Pass box

Normally these pass boxes are used to transfer goods from non clean
areas to clean areas. This is usually done to avoid cross contamination.

Static Pass box
The static pass box has only ultraviolet disinfected lamp but no air
shower function. This mainly used for goods transfer between clean
room are to non-clean room areas.

Dynamic Pass box
The static pass box has ultraviolet disinfected lamp and air shower
function. This mainly used for goods transfer between clean room are
to non-clean room areas.

• EU14 - HEPA Filter – Supply (99.999% down to 0.3 micron)
• Statically & Dynamically balanced Motor-blower with suspension arrangement to
reduce noise level

VHPS Pass box
This pass box is used as biological detergent in sterile pass box, which
belongs to decontamination process at low temperature at normal
pressure conditions.
General Specifications

• Compressed air pressure should be with 0.4-0.8MPa.

• Confirm the Hydrogen Peroxide solution is within the validity period.
• This pass box is designed for the material transfer from low grade clean room to
critical area(Class A/B area) at low temperature.
• Inbuilt VHPSR generator
• Real time monitoring the temperature, humidity and pressure
• Independent ventilation system to avoid the hydrogen peroxide vapor going in the
HAVC system
• Leak rate is less than 0.5%/hour
Granule Feeding
Machine
•In our plant we have two granule feeding
machines:
• LVP line – ASB machine
• SVP Line – BFS machine
•This machine is used to feed the PPM pellets to
the molding machines in order to make PP bottles.
Working Procedures

• The granules fed into the molding machines through inbuilt vacuum suction
system.
• It is advisable to fill the barrel storage over 90%.
• The feeding machine starts after pressing the operation mode.
Alarm rings for 3 times without granule suction.
After cleaning is done, automatically suck granules for 10 minutes and then
circulate, alarm rings for 3 times without suction.

circulate, alarm rings for 3 times without suction.
