CONTROLES DE VUELO

CONTROLES DE VUELO

THE FLIGHT CONTROLS allows

the Flight Crew to have maneuvering
control about Lateral, vertical and
longitudinal axis.
PRIMARY : Aileron, Elevator and Rudder
SECONDARY : Spoilers, Flaps, L.E devices
and Stabilizer

Aditional Systems

 Take Off Warning

 Stall Warning
 Flap Load limiter
 Flap Asymmetric Control

 Computers permanently control and
monitor flight control surfaces
– ELAC: Elevator Aileron Computers
– SEC: Spoiler Elevator Computers
 2 Flight Augmentation Computers (FACs)
control the yaw axis
 2 Slat and Flap Control Computers (SFCCs)
are used to control the slats and flaps and 2
Flight Control Data Concentrators (FCDCs)
permit indicating and maintanance
functions to be achieved

AILERONS

 Normal operation of the Aileron System is

with Hydraulic Power supplied from “A”
and “B” system.
 Each Aileron is equipped with a balance
Tab and balance panel. These units aid in
reducing system loading during manual
control if all hydraulic power is lost.

SPOILER PANELS
SPOILER PANELS

 The Spoilers contains 8 panels along the

Trainling edge of the wings.
 The Spoilers are used for two basic
functions:
– Spoilers operation (Lateral Control)
– Speed brake operation (Ground and Flight)

Speed Brakes
Automatic Speed Brakes

LA OPERACIÓN AUTOMATICA ES FUNCION DE :

 Wheel Speed (Anti-skid)
 Air Ground Sensing
 Throttle position
 Thrust Reverser Operation
 Speed Brake Lever Position
LIFT/DRAG SYSTEMS
LIFT/DRAG SYSTEMS
LIFT/DRAG SYSTEMS

 Consiste de
– Trailing Edge Flaps (Aft, Middle & Fore)
– Leading Edge Flaps and Slats
 Hyd Power de Sistema “A” normal
 Hyd Power de Stby System Alternate
 Trailing Edge driven by a single Hyd
motor or Alternate Electric Motor
LIFT/DRAG SYSTEMS

 En Take Off los Flaps aumentan superficie

del ala sin producir mayor Drag

 En Landing los Flaps aumentan Drag y Lift

 STABILIZER is used as the pitch TRIM, & operated

3 ways:
– Manually input
– Main Electric
– Autopilot Pitch Channel Control
 ELEVATOR is used for Pitch Control, is operated 4
ways
– Pilot input
– Autopilot
– Mach Trim
– Neutral Shift
