 Priya and Rahul are married for 6 years. Rahul don’t want
to continue the relationship as he has to achieve some
goals in life that he wants to settle abroad which his wife is
not happy about. He thinks it may be difficult to achieve the
goals if he continue the relationship. Help Rahul to take a
decision

 Ajit completed his engineering and wants to pursue his


studies. But his parents want him to get married as they
need someone to help them in family as they are growing
old. Help Ajit to take a decision

 Rohan loves a girl and wants to marry her. But his
parents are against love marriage. He doesn’t want to hurt
his family at the same time cant leave the girl he love

 Shila works in a corporate office. She is very


hardworking and dedicated and therefore her boss gives
her extra work for which she also gets incentives and due
recognition. But she feels overburdened. Her family also
wants her to leave the job and spend more time with them.

GOAL SETTING TIPS
 State Each Goal as a Positive Statement: Express your
goals positively - 'Execute this technique well' is a much
better goal than 'Don't make this stupid mistake.'

 Be Precise: Set a precise goal, putting in dates, times and


amounts so that you can measure achievement. If you do
this, you will know exactly when you have achieved the goal,
and can take complete satisfaction from having achieved it

 Set Priorities: When you have several goals, give each a


priority. This helps you to avoid feeling overwhelmed by too
many goals, and helps to direct your attention to the most
important ones
