EC 61243: LIVE WORKING – VOLTAGE DETECTORS – Part
The operation is very simple and intuitive, it is a permanent watch 6: Guidelines on non-contact voltage detectors
device, which makes it extremely safe, since it does not need to be (NCVD) for use at nominal voltages above 1 kV a.c.
turned on to operate, the Keeper is always alert, taking care of you.
F3283/F3283M Standard Specification for the Manufacturing of
The Keeper mounted on the visor of the safety helmet, alerts the High-Voltage Proximity Alarm to be used for the
operator in real time through lights and sounds. The location on the Detection of Overhead High Voltage Alternating Current (AC)
helmet allows the operator to use peripheral vision, without having to
look at it.
The Keeper detects 360 dangers around the user, and will
not only indicate the danger, but will also gives the direction and
approximate distance of the threat.
The Keeper has 4 modes of use
according to the user’s expertise: Rookie, Standard, Professional and
Professional Plus.
