 Kalpana: STEM DIY Kits
This program makes a student embark
on a week-on-week journey of
creation, honing their skills in
creativity, critical thinking,
communication & collaboration
The Kalpana STEM DIY Kits
empower students to create 4 closed
projects and many semi-open & open
projects in a scientifically created 32-
week-long curriculum. The program
also trains science/math/computer
teachers of the school to deliver the
weekly classes to the students
1. The Kalpana Program will be mandatory for all students
of class 6 and optional for students of classes 7 & 8 (only
applicable to students who opt for ECA Robotics)
2. STEMpowered will provide shared DIY kits to the
students. Each kit will be shared between 4 students and
stored in the school
3. STEMpowered will conduct teacher training in the school
to empower them to take these classes smoothly. There will
be three refresher training every eight weeks.
4. STEMpowered will conduct surprise audits on three
classes (one of each class) every eight weeks
5. The school will arrange for the timing and logistics of
teacher training, and provide permission for audits

frameworks and AI tools to

education through the 4D

Domain expertise, Design Empathy, Delivery
Excellence and Data Intelligence
2. Teachers get equipped with various tool kits like the
Spectrum™ Framework, Hooked Methodology,
Generative AI Frameworks, etc.
3. Teachers create new lesson plans, and execution
timelines to transform the entire academic excellence
level in the school
4. MentorsFirst gives inputs to teachers on how to
implement all the tool-kits in their school curriculum

meetings to ensure smooth transition into AI
implementation, proper change management & proper
