Introduction
What it does:
The Demand Management Decision Tree provides a framework for handling future business requests related to your HRIT
roadmap.

How to Use it:

Review each prompt on the decision tree to determine whether or not new requests should be added to your HRIT roadmap.
Make adjustments to your roadmap when appropriate.
Instructions:
Slide # 1- Managing Demand
- Walk through each step answering the subsequent question with a ‘yes’ or ‘no’. When you reach a ‘no’, do not add the
requested capability to your HRIT roadmap, when you reach a final ‘yes’, consider adding the request to your roadmap and work
with appropriate stakeholders to determine timelines, budget, and tradeoffs.
