CLASS ACTIVITY

WEEK 2
Class Activity: "System Components Exploration"

Objective:
The goal of this activity is to engage students in exploring and
identifying various elements of a system and understanding the role
of a system analyst in the context of different system components.
Instructions:

1. Group Formation:
• Divide the students into small groups (3-4 members in each group).

2. Component Identification:
Each groups to identify and list the key components of the assigned system.
Components may include hardware, software, people, data, and procedures.

3. Conclude the activity with a brief presentation by each group summarizing


their findings and insights.

Group 1: Library Management System


Group 2: Online Banking System
Group 3: Hotel Reservation System
