 September 1 -22 situation – most cabbage used were from GTC due to
increasing price of OP vs GTC price, leads to 49.00/pack savings, slightly higher
vs 2nd week savings
 September 1-30 situation – lesser Outside purchase of raw mats due to higher
prices of White onion from Outside Suppliers, higher price for celery due to
inclement weather
 Project MaPLE still for implementation with approval of AM due to no outside
purchases for the month of October
 TOTAL SAVINGS FOR SEPTEMBER DUE TO PROJECT MAPLE – Php 10,043.89 or
