House rules on debate activity
1. Each speaker will have 3-5 minutes per speaker
2. Speakers will alternate
3. No refutations during the first and last speaker; students can only raise
objections/POIs during the turn of the speakers in between. Before
presenting a counterclaim, student must first say POI and await approval

As much as possible, each group will have 20 minutes
