 INTRODUCTION OF THE ORGANIZATION

• Energym helps to improve physical health. It provides facilities to reduce body


fat, muscle gaining, body building, guiding for regular exercises. The workout
ground of the gym facilitates the customer to perform a pleasant and
wellmotivated environment for a happy and enthusiastic workout.

• The owner and the trainers are dedicated to provide professional assistance and
guidance to the customers on their workouts and workout plans. Dynamic
workout schedules and diet plans are issued to the customers upon their
requirement. Energym helps and facilitates to improve physical and mental
health of their customers.

 PROBLEM DEFINITION

 The Managing of the gym “Energym” is still done in manually. The Energym
gym doesn’t have a website, database or an online management system. The
main problem faced by the Gymnasium owner is managing the customers and
staff. The Energym only has social media contacts such as a Facebook page and
Instagram page. From those two platforms the people cannot get an exact idea
of the functions and services provided by the gym. The Gym is populated only
among the people who is residing around the premises.

 PROJECT OBJECTIVES

 Develop a user-friendly website for the gym.

 Provide information on membership rates.

 Creating profiles (customer, trainer, owner).

 Enhance the online visibility of the gym.

 Provide user friendly interfaces in the user platforms .

 PROJECT SOLUTIONS

 Our solution is to create a website to the Energym gymnasium that contains key
features such as location, contact, details, services, guidelines, health tips and
online profile management system, membership rates, local attraction
information guest review section.

 Create a personalized platform for each customer (customer profiles) for easy
follows.

 Create Trainer platform to update the customer details

 SOFTWARE PROCESS MODEL

 The Waterfall methodology is a traditional project management approach that


follows a sequential, linear process. It is characterized by a structured and
predefined series of phases, where each phase must be completed before
progressing to the next. This methodology is known for its sequential nature and
emphasis on detailed planning and documentation. It provides a clear structure for
project execution and is suitable for projects with well-defined and stable
requirements.

 Conducting surveys and questionnaires with the owner and trainer.

 CONCLUSION

 This project aims to transform our gymnasium’s online presence and


customer experience through the development of a comprehensive
gymnasium website. The website will serve as a valuable tool for
customers to access information, make reservations, and explore the
gymnasium’s offerings. This project aligns with our commitment to
improving the overall customer experience and increasing new customer
registrations.
