• We offer expert Japanese Language Classes for the benefit of

our students. We offer efficient tutors and in depth coaching

classes.
• Students are being prepared for Japanese Language Proficiency
Test (JLPT) which is held twice a year on the first Sunday of
July and December all over the world.
• We conduct Japanese classes at our client premises and also at
our centre. We accommodate a maximum of 25 students per
batch to ensure best individual attention.
• Students can target a variety of opportunities in Japan & in
India by equipping themselves with Japanese language skills.

 Japanese Language Transcription
• Our Services provides accurate and timely language
transcription, for clients ranging from high technology and
IT companies in any business domain.
• We undertake transcription in both English-to-Japanese and
Japanese-to-English Audio and Video’s.
• Fees for transcription are based on the degree of technicality
and word count.
• A free estimate will be provided, for which client approval is
required by email before we begin to work on an
assignment.
• We also use Native Japanese and bilingual Indian
Transcriptors for effective and quality output.

Japanese Language Interpretation
• Our Services provides accurate and timely Interpretation Services in
English and Japanese, for clients ranging from high technology and
IT companies in any business domain.
• Fees for interpreting are based upon the Type, Skill and Length of
the Assignment on per day basis. It is also based on whether it is
Technical or Non-Technical discussions.
• A free estimate will be provided, for which client approval is
required by email before we begin to work on an assignment.
• Quote will be provided based on the Customer needs and volume of
work as per the request.
• Our interpreters are well versed with the Japanese Cultural,
Sensitivity and Business Ethics and also they have worked and lived

 Challenges faces by Indian Industry with
Japanese Customers
 Japanese projects tend to pose special challenges to IT project managers primarily due to:
 Cultural Gap - Different business etiquettes, long working hours, process of collective
decision making leads to delay
 Communication – Understanding what is NOT told in words, shortage of bilingual technical
persons
 Unclear Scope – the initial statement of requirements from customers is not adequate,
scope tends to increase as the project continues.
 Changing Requirements – requirements do not get finalized till the very end, some new
requirements are found during UAT
 Ambiguous contracts (warranty clause, work locations, etc..) – typical Japanese contracts
have lot of implicit assumptions
 Language Dependency – Documentation, testing, integration, change in DB, UI
 Maturity of Onsite-Offshore Model – most Japanese customers are not familiar or
comfortable with the onsite offshore model
 Extended UAT (High expectation of quality) – it is quite usual to have multiple rounds even
at UAT

 Our Scope
# In-Scope Remarks
We will make sure the number of 120 hours to be covered for each batch of the students for N5 and N4 while N3 will
1 take about 200 Hours.
2 We will report the status of the progress month on month.

3 We will make sure the entire syllabus for the prescribed level Japanese training is covered thoroughly .

4 We will provide the course material and Hand outs to all the students undergoing the training program

5 We will arrange the right skilled and experienced teacher for the entire duration of the training program

We shall ensure the same teacher for the entire duration of one level if there is not any long break from
participants side . In case of inevitable circumstances , KCCS team will ensure that the course continuity without any
6 impact.
7 On completion of a program, We will provide the certificates to all the successful students.
8 We will make sure that per batch strength is not to exceed 30~40 students in order to focus on the quality and give
attention to individuals.

9 Classes will be conducted from Monday ~ Friday for 4 hours/day however this is flexible as per the requirements.
We will provide an activity classes where the focus will be given for Conversation classes and reasonable
10 conversation level will be achieved in this program.
11 The result of the training will yield all the students to achieve an International Japanese Language Proficiency test
certificate conducted by Government of Japan twice a year. This certification is valid throughout the world to work
with any Japanese MNC company working with Japan clients or vendors.
