Air Purifiers

Introducion
• In this brief presentation, we will tell you about air purifiers. In this
brief presentation, we will fundamentally define air purifiers, explain
how they are made, and tell you about their use. We will also talk
about its advantages and disadvantages, as well as its importance.
Development
• Definition

• Air purifiers are devices capable of removing, at some level, dust
and germs from the air in a given environment.
• Constitution

• It consists of a covering of the airways with one or more aerosol
filters. Some models have an inhalation and/or exhalation valve, which
directs the air flow according to the phase of the respiratory cycle. The
exhalation valve lets the air exhaled by the user escape into the
environment.
• Use

• -The air in the room is absorbed by the purifier;
• -Inside, the equipment's filters retain and eliminate harmful particles and substances;
• -With the help of a fan, the already clean and renewed air is expelled back.
• -Throughout this process, more than 99% of microorganisms are neutralized, which results in a
cleaner environment and more breathable air with better quality for our health.
• -Place the air purifier on a firm, flat surface to ensure there is enough space for the air flow to
enter/exit (the correct position will depend on the air purifier model and where it has openings). -
Replace the filter at the end of its useful life.
Advantages and disadvantages
•Advantages:
• -Improvement of air quality
• -Reduction of allergies and asthma
• -Removes 99% of dust particles
• -Helps breathing for vulnerable people
• Disadvantages:
• -Need for frequent maintenance
• -Production of ions and ozone
• -Limitation in the removal of odors and gases
• -Initial and maintenance cost
Importance
• Air purifiers are essential devices for maintaining air quality indoors.
These devices have the ability to remove a variety of contaminants
present in the air, such as dust, smoke, animal dander and pollen.

• In summary, air purifiers play a crucial role in maintaining indoor air
quality and promoting respiratory health. Removing contaminants and
improving air quality are essential for a healthier and more
comfortable environment.
Conclusion
• Air purifiers are devices capable of removing, at some level, dust and
germs from the air in a given environment. They consist of a covering
of the airways with one or more aerosol filters, they have advantages
and disadvantages, but air purifiers play a crucial role in maintaining
indoor air quality and promoting respiratory health. Removing
contaminants and improving air quality are essential for a healthier
and more comfortable environment.
