 INTRODUCTION

Mechanical Workshop is responsible for the maintenance

of machine, machineries and equipment's such as railcars,
tamping machines, stabilizer machine, ballast collector
machine, generators, pumps, Hydraulic track lining
machine, cranes, Internal combustion Track wrench and
Vehicles . Besides, it builds and maintains different
structures by welding.

Work Plan For The Next Week

1. Emergency maintenance of vehicles, generators and other

machines will be done according to the immediate necessity of
the Maintenance.
2. 1 Loader, 1 Excavator, Maintenance of one starter
motor ,Mieso and Indode rail cars and workshop junks
evacuation.

1. Delay of supply of spare parts is a serious issue. Most of the
time the delay is significantly too much.
2. Staff issue

• staffs not recruited in some critical positions
