INSTRUCTIONS: OOP SUBMISSION FOR WWDC FY23

1. Title slide: insert your name.

2. Receipt slides: insert pictures of receipts for claimable out-of-pocket (OOP) expenses. Please duplicate additional slides if needed and remove unused slides.

Approved expenses are as follows:

- Late night transport* from Apple office to home past 7pm IST, regardless of weekdays or weekends.
- Late night meal capped at INR 350 per meal if working past 9.30pm IST, regardless of weekdays or weekends.
Meal orders may be placed from 8.30pm onwards.

- *Transportation expenses may be claimed based on:

i) Receipts from taxi/ride share services such as Uber, OR

ii) Petrol mileage at INR 12/km for 4-wheeler and INR6/km for 2-wheeler with supporting proof of travelling distance (e.g. from
Google Maps) and petrol top-up receipts.

- Electronic transportation receipts must include to and from addresses.

- Receipts must be legible; unclear receipts may be rejected for reimbursement.

- All supporting receipts should be itemised, reflecting the transaction details. Credit card receipts alone are not acceptable for reimbursement.
