RESPONSIBILITIES
OF THE SAFETY
COMMITTEE?
The Safety Committee reviews and updates hazard identification protocols,
conducts safety audits, and develops policies based on current hazards and
regulations, ensuring communication to all employees. It organizes safety
training, investigates incidents to identify root causes, and maintains incident
records. The committee also develops emergency response plans, conducts
drills, and familiarizes employees with procedures. Additionally, it
encourages hazard reporting, participation in safety initiatives, and recognizes
safe practices among employees.

-Production Supervisor
-Focus on addressing hypothermia, frostbite, and cold
stress prevention.
-Securing the availability and proper use of insulated
clothing and warm-up areas.

-Quality Control Manager

-Ensure anti-slip mats are in place and proper drainage
systems are maintained.
