II. What is motivation?
The word 'motivation‘
come from the Latin motive, to move.
Motivation is the thoughts and
feeling which make us want to
continue to want to do something
and which turn our wishes into
action.
2.1.Short-term goal:
refer to the goal is very near
in the future or you will use
the result for only a short
time in some near future
2.2. Long – term goal:

spending long time to get


enough knowledge in order to
achieve this goal

refers to behavior that is driven by


internal rewards. In other words, the
motivation to engage in a behavior
arises from within the individual
because it is naturally satisfying to you.

VII. Conclusion:
In conclusion, student motivation is very important in the
human resource management. Students are motivated for the
various reasons that are beneficial to the organization. The
reasons include retention of the well-performing students,
increasing productivity or output of the organization; improve
teamwork and the morale of students. Other reasons are
reducing the operation costs, decreasing student’s turnover and
reducing absenteeism.
