It is Lowe's policy that all private brand items should undergo

performance specification testing in product categories where a released

performance specification exists. The objective of this is to verify product
performance to the established Lowe's Private Brand standards.

Performance Specification Testing is required for items which meet the

following conditions:

1. New Private Brand Items

2. Existing Private Brand Items which are awarded business (carried
forward) via a Product Line Review (PLR) or Business Review (BR)

1. Click Service Requests, then select

Testing Services.
移到‘ Service Requests’ 板块下，点
击
‘Test Services’ 下单测试服务

2. Select appropriate options for Form

Type, Lab Location, Program Client,
Production Line and Form Name.

户名称，实验室地址，产品线和
对应的申请表名称。

Step 7,8 – Sample Information Test Request 第 7 ， 8 步产品及 Item 信息添加
Step 9,10 - Partial Testing Table and No Testing Table
第 9,10 步 - 部份测试和无需测试的 item 信息填写
Step 11 – Fill additional information required for tests.
第 11 步 – 补充信息填写包含测试项目或测试项目报告，文档等

Step 12, 13, 14 - Verify the information you have inputted, check the terms&conditions and submit

 Dashboard contains all the submissions that have been created under this user account
 Dashboard 界面显示对应账号所有已编辑的记录

 Sample Received – 收到样板
 Pending - 测试待定
 Test Completed - 完成测试

Sample Status
 Active Pending 正常 待定
 On Hold Off Hold 暂停 重启
 Cancel Void 取消 无效
 Omit Logged Out 忽略 完成入库
 Dashboard Search function

After pressing the button, the following page will be prompted forthwith.
Input or select your criteria then press the search button to proceed
