Health-related fitness is narrowed down as follows:
1.Cardiovascular Fitness
This is the ability of the body to
continuously provide enough energy
to sustain high levels of exercise or
physical exertion.
Good cardiovascular fitness helps with:
• Improved delivery of oxygen throughout the body
• Fat metabolism
• Faster removal of waste products
• Decreased levels
