Good cardiovascular fitness helps with:
• Improved delivery of oxygen throughout the body
• Fat metabolism
• Faster removal of waste products
• Decreased levels
This refers to the ability of a muscle or group

Muscular strength also helps you:

• avoid injuries
• maintain good posture
• Perform heavy tasks
3.Muscular Endurance
This refers from muscular strength

4.Flexibility This refers to the range of movements

your sleep.
In girls, estrogen and progesterone are the hormones that cause
many of the changes in the body. These changes include:
• breast enlargement
• hair growth in the armpit and legs
• growth of pubic hair around the genital area
• clear or whitish vaginal secretions
• increase in height and hip size
Menstruation  is the monthly discharge of blood from the
uterus
Menarche  Isthrough the vagina.
