VISIT OVERVIEW:

• For this project we choose Oula a consultancy and marketing company.


• We conduct our interview with Mr Yasir , the project manager at Oula with background in Data
analytics.
• Upon arrival we saw a panic situation there as they were not prepared for us despite our scheduled
visit.
• During our interview, we observe some sort of discomfort as we questioned him.
Oula, a distinguished private limited
entity established in 2021 through a
strategic alliance with Kantar, Pakistan,
specializes in offering consulting services,
data collection, field services, and
comprehensive market research solutions.
The company primarily focuses on
product analysis, delivering insightful
analytical reports to its esteemed business
partners. Oula's core operation involves
data acquisition through local
contributors, primarily focusing on door-
to-door surveys to gather consumer
feedback on various products.
Based on what we've read after conducting an interview, it seems
like the organization's mission is to help brands and companies
all over the world meet their research and growth goals. They do
this by providing expert insights, using advanced technology,
and offering strategic consulting. Their goal is to give practical
solutions that lead to meaningful and long-lasting growth in a
constantly changing market.

From our understanding, their vision is to become


the top global partner for brands and companies that
