 Problem Statement
When we are tired and fatigue, we are dehydrated. We
rehydrate ourselves to refresh and get energy to keep us
healthy. We are quite often suffered from deficiency of vitamins,
minerals and antioxidants. We must get enough nutrients to
keep us healthy.
There are large number of soft drinks made from
synthetic ingredients without any fruit content like Coca Cola,
Thums UP and Pepsi etc. which has no health benefits but we
drink quite often and spoil our health.
Drinking fruit juice is always beneficial because you
would find all the nutrients in it and you would also remain
hydrated. You can experience overall health of your body.
Drinking fruit juice can boost the immune system and also be a
health promoter and disease preventer as well.

papaya, guava, passion fruit,
kiwi and Jackfruit which are
available in Manipur at very

 MANUFACTURING IDEA
Jackfruit and papaya are wasted and not use
much for beverage production though it is
quite healthy and has very good flavour.

The Indian Institute of Horticulture Research

(IIHR), has developed an enzyme-clarified
ready-to-drink beverage using jackfruit.
They have also developed a method to
extract flour from the seeds and pulp, which
can be incorporated into cookies and
chocolates. The same plant and machinery
will be used for manufacturing and
processing the products.

use in the processing unit.
