Basic commands 3g

INTRODUCTION
› The propose for this presentation is to show some Basic
Moshell Commands that can be use in WCDMA Networks.

› In this case we can use Winfiol Tool, but there are many
tools that you can use for example CYWIN, SECURE CRT,
etc.

› Moshell is an access interface for any RNC or RBS

cd moshell
› This command is the first in any node, is the way to enter in
any RNC or RBS

lt all

Load all MO’s existing in the MIB (Managed Information Base).

This command prints Administrative & Operational State of MO’s

Reads the configuration and state attributes for one or several MO’s

lset
Sets an attribute value on one or several MO’s, be careful whit this
command as it might be service affecting.

lbl / ldeb
lbl command is used to lock one or serveral MO’s.
ldeb is used to unlock an MO.

Be careful when you lock or unlock any MO.

cr

› cr command is used to create a new MO

Al/alt
› This command print the list of active alarms in the node.
› The difference between al/alt is with the command alt you
can see active alarms and also time and date.

lgaes

› Shows total of alarms since the site was integrated

› With this command we can check if the site is pursuing


balanced traffic in Radio Links

› Shows what kind of transport is used in the nodeB.


Depends if it is ATM or IP, or ATM&IP

› This command displays information related to HW, SH,


restarts, LED’s, CPU load, errors, disk/ram usage, etc.

Bp all (node b)

› Shows all boards that the node has.

the MO interface.
