 Overview

• Time : 15 + 1 minutes
• Time Penalty : 10 points per minute
• Tile Penalty : face value of unused tiles
• 7 rounds
• Devices used by players
• Laptop/desktop pc
• Smartphone
 Caretakers (Invigilators)

• A group of random participants will be assigned permanently to 1

caretakers.
• Caretakers will act as invigilator/medium of communication.
Elaboration on the Flow of Competition
 Pre-Tournament
• Install the following
application on your
laptop/desktop.
• a. Google Meet (Announcement
by Tournament Director – One
way)
• b. WhatsApp Web
(Communication between
caretakers and players –two ways)
 Pre-Tournament

• For those who do not have a

Woogles Account, kindly visit
https://woogles.io/ to sign up.
 Step 1

• Close all applications, windows and tabs on your laptop/desktop

 Step 2

• Open Whatsapp Web and

connect it to your phone.
 Step 3

• 30 minutes before the match , check the messages in the Whatsapp Group
with the Caretakers, you will receive 3 links.
• a.Link to Google Meet
• b. Link to OBS Room
• c. Link to Woogles Room (if available)
 Step 4 Google Meet link

• Click the link to the Google Meet.

• a. Use Google Delima Id
• b. Mute yourself in the Google Meet.
 Step 5 Google Meet link

• Listen to the announcement in the Google Meet made by the Tournament

Director (TD) or Competition Committee.
• Stay in the Google Meet throughout the tournament.
 Step 6 OBS link (Screen Share)

• Go back to the Whatsapp Group, click

the Link to OBS Room and do the
following steps
a.Click the OBS link given by
caretaker.
b. Enter the password given in the
Whatsapp Group.
c. Enter your FULL NAME as your
display name

d. Click “Screenshare with Room”

e. Click “select screen to share.”

f. Click “share your entire screen” and

then press “share”
g. DO NOT click “Share Audio”

h. Click setting, set the Audio Source

to "Default - (Device Name)" set the
Audio Output to "Default - (Device
Name)".
 Step 7 OBS link (Camera Input)

• On your phone/electronic gadget,

open the Whatsapp app, click the
link to OBS Room, and do the
following steps
a. Click the link given by the Caretaker.
b. Enter the password given.
c. Enter name for display name

**for Iphone users, do not open the link using

Safari, use Google Chrome instead (copy the link
& paste in the Google Chrome browser)

d.Click “Join Room with Camera”

e.Click “start”

f. Place your phone at the angle as

shown in the picture (showing
yourself, your laptop/desktop and
your surroundings)
g. Mute the speaker and
microphone on the phone
 Step 8
• Go to the OBS Room, look at the
chatbox of the OBS Room, the
invigilator might request for you to
adjust camera
• During the game if any problem arises
participant can communicate with
invigilators via obs chatbox.
 Step 9

• The only permitted windows/tabs/apps opened on your

desktop/laptop are as follows
• a.Whatsapp Web/Whatsapp App
• b. Google Meet web/ Google Meet App
• c. OBS Room
• d. Woogles (in the same window as OBS Room)
 Step 10
• At the end of the game for each round please go back
to Google Meet.
• Pairing for the next round will be displayed in the
Google Meet.
• You may go to the washroom and have a rest after you
finish your game.
• However, you are required to join the OBS Room 10
minutes before the next game starts.
 Reminder

• Participants may quit OBS on both their

desktop/latop and phone/electronic gadget during
the rest time to prevent overheating of your gadgets.
• If you do so, please ensure to join the room 10
minutes before the next round of game.
