with reliable connections and innovative services. But in this ever-evolving arena, where
competitors jostle for attention and customer loyalty hangs in the balance,
understanding how customers truly perceive Airtel's offerings is essential.
This study embarks on a journey into the minds of Airtel customers, uncovering their
unfiltered opinions and experiences. We aim to shed light on the intricate tapestry of
their perceptions, woven from threads of network quality, call rates, customer service,
value for money, and a myriad of other touchpoints that shape their relationship with the
brand.

Findings of the Study
Finding
Through this survey, It is observed that much customers are satisfied with the
super saver plan and the other people by my plan , delight and others.
It was observed that mostly people pay their bills by cash, some by credit
cards and least by cheque and internet banking respectively.
The topping most preferred by the customers is the Special pack which is used
by most of them while some prefer local SMS pack, quite a few prefer local
mobile pack and other plans.
It was observed that large number of the customers expressed their
unhappiness over bill payment problems and few are those who were
wrongly charged or they never received bills on time.
The bill payment system used by the majority of customers is airtel
relationship center while the other people prefer E-seva and Drop Box
respectively.
