SIPL Ground Floor Demolition Layout
Demolition General Notes:-
2- Confirm to applicable demolition rules, safely removal of structure , dust control and
removal of materials.
3- Notify the internal team before starting work and comply with all their requirements.
8- Contractor is responsible for patching and repairing floor slab and walls after
completion of demolition and prior to commence new construction.
Demolition General Notes:-
10- Demolition contractor shall remove all floor covering and finishes,
underlayment, glue and any other adhesive and shall prepare the floor slab for the
new floor finishes or covering as specified by client.
11- Demolition vendor shall coordinate all mechanical, electrical and plumbing
demolition work with plans prior to the commencement of any work and coordinate
his works with the GC and other sub contractors as necessary.
12- All mechanical, electrical and plumbing fixtures , equipments and devices
scheduled to be removed shall be disconnected at the source unless noted or
directed otherwise. Coordinate all the works with mechanical , electrical and
plumbing plans.
Demolition General Notes:-
13- All ductwork to be removed as per the mechanical plans, all machines should
be removed as per the plan with following safety norms.
14- All IT cables which need to be retained should be properly tagged by the help
of the Client team to avoid any operational damages.
15- Electrical vendor shall disconnect and Remove all electrical and telephone
outlets and all associated wires in walls scheduled to be removed and terminated
at the last outlet that remains in service.
16- All empty or abandoned conduit and junction boxes to be removed from the
floor.
Demolition General Notes:-
17- Removal and capping of plumbing fixtures to be coordinated per plan and with
GC to maintain required minimum usage during construction.
18- All critical cables should be properly tagged by the client or authorised team
before work start.
19- Discharging of fire line with the help of builder and client for starting the
dismantling/ modification of the fire fighting line.
