SUCCESS
Success is the achievement of a desired goal, such as for
obtaining name and fame or wealth or a higher degree, for
which a person has tried his level best. It is the positive
consequence of one's achievement.
FAILURE
When a person doesn’t achieve
their predetermined goal. It is
called his/her failure
SUCCESS VS FAILURE
It is more than winning & losing.
It is about setting goals and striving
to reach them.
It is about solving problem and
resolving difficulties.
It is about crossing the hurdles and
winning the race.
Success and failure are two side of a
single coin.
HARD WORK
• Success is not something that you get
by chance but its required a lot of
preparations.
• Everyone likes to win but how many
are willing to put their own efforts
FAILURE MANAGEMENT

 Keep positive attitude

 Judge your own performance
 Nothing is impossible
 Identify the reason
 Believe in yourself
 Learn from failure
Don’t read success stories, you will only get
a message. Read failure stories, you will get
some ideas to get success

- A. P. J. Abdul Kalam
CONCLUSION
The failures that we all experience in life are what allows
us to appreciate our successes. Failure provides context
for even the most picture-perfect life. You really can't
know and understand success without first having
failed--often many, many times.
