Introduction
Training Program:
1. Training program is made to ramp up new joiner for basic knowhow of HR(Recruitment) and Business
Development.
2. This program consist of 4 Tasks.
3. Trainee need to complete all tasks and share a Task Submission PPT (with all tasks) to their respective
manager.

Task:
1. Apply 2 different search/Boolean search. Take 3 relevant contacts each from both search.
2. Share details from different searches like, Contact person’s number and email ID and share with Task
Submission PPT to the respective manager and your Trainer.
3. Write a mail for planned 1 week leave request to your manager Rohini (rohini.callfortalent@gmail.com) and
your Trainer.

Hello,
Is this ( client) from (Company name). Hi ( client), I’m (your name) from Call For Talent ,hope your day is going great.
(client) I was going through your website and I got to know that you are the (Designation of that person) in (company name). So,
we are an HR Consultancy which is specialised into (same industry). We are hiring for our clients like (competitor’s name) which
are into the same business as yours. So, we can surely help you out in terms of getting relevant candidates for your openings.
If yes, then explain about the company, process of hiring, explain everything the person ask you.
If no, then try to pitch him another way like:
Yes, I understand many companies do have their HR internal teams but still they prefer us for niche requirements. You must be
aware that (industry name) hiring is more focused on (Headhunt/quality/ etc). As we are specialised into this, we can save your
time by getting relevant candidates faster.
If not now, you might need our help in near future. So can I have your mail id, will drop the proposal mail just for your future

Note - Always try to contact directly to founder/ owner/ CEO of the company because they have the authority of decision
making for small companies (non-IT). Always try to contact to HR head/ HR-VP of the company because they have the authority

Task 4 : Call Pitch
1. Practice the BD pitch. Improvise it by recording and listening the same.
2. Record the final pitch and share it with your trainer first, if gets approved then send the final recording to your
manager via WhatsApp.
