“tindahan” or shop
before they have
bought this
residential unit
They are requesting
you extend their
living area to the
former area of the
shop.
You must decide LAUNDRY
what type of DOOR
or WINDOW will be
provided here.
Hence what ever
you may choose
will dictate what
will happen to this
space
You can also decide
for this area if it
will be accessible
to the Bedroom 2
and living area
All windows must be
redesigned as per
the owner. No pre
existing Windows
must be used again
due to the
Deterioration of the
materials

Though it is a part of
their plan. They
don’t have
immediate plans for
having children right
away.

They would want

you to provide a
flexible design for
the other bedroom
that can be use for
an office.
 The owners also
requested maximizing
space that can be use
for gardens to provide
space for their plants
and Succulents.

Design of the Residential
Unit Including providing

compliment your

They also want you to

different plants. in the
garage wall that will
serve as kind of green
wall.
Color Selection is within the
scope of the Architect but
should consider exterior into
Interior Color mixing.

The owner emphasizde as

they are both doctors they
want the interior colors to be
more different than white/off
white colors so they wont feel
they are still in their clinics.

Choose colors on the softer

side but try to avoid the
white colors they usually are
accustomed to

for your Details such as Ceiling, Windows
