Step Instruction

1 Look for a location inside the house where your WiFi signal is weak.
Measure the distance between this location and your Globe At Home modem.
Note if there are obstructions such as walls, furnitures, etc.

2 Find the middle point between step #2 and your Globe At Home modem.
Measure the distance between this location and your Globe At Home modem.
Note if there are obstructions such as walls, furnitures, etc.

Plug the TP-Link Extender in this location & ensure that at least 3 bars are lit on the Extender.
If not, find another location where at least 3 bars are lit.

Step Instruction

3 Download the Speedtest App (available in Google Play or App store) or access https://www.speedtest.net/
Use this to perform the test following the different scenarios below:

Location A: Beside the modem


● Get the speed test result if connected to the Globe At Home modem

Location B: Beside the repeater


● Get the speed test result if connected to the Globe At Home modem
● Get the speed test result if connected to the repeater

Location C: Area with weak WiFi signal (Area identified in Step #1)
● Get the speed test result if connected to the Globe At Home modem
● Get the speed test result if connected to the repeater

Location D: 5 meters away from Location C


● Get the speed test result if connected to the Globe At Home modem
● Get the speed test result if connected to the repeater

4 Do the test twice a day for the next 7 days.


- Between 6:00 AM to 03:00 PM
- Between 03:01 PM to 12:00 MN
