But achieving this vision depends

heavily at the BARANGAY LEVEL,
which the Barangay LGU is the closest
unit of the government to people,
serving as the first point of contact for
healthcare needs.

These challenges necessitate the identification of an alternative approaches that

transcend localized efforts and deliver tangible benefits to community at large.

Given this observation, the proposition of a UHC Barangay initiative present a

potentially viable starting point, fostering locally driven UHC Implementation
within the broader national framework.
