Conclusions

1. Method of verification of the analysis of phosphate ion content in shrimp pond wastewater
using the Molybdenum-blue method. has met the acceptance requirements.
2. This method can be used to determine the phosphate content in shrimp pond wastewater with
a detection limit of 0.116 mg/L and a quantification limit of 0.389 mg/L.
3. Based on the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the treated zeolite
undergoes structural changes that cause its surface area to increase so that it can increase its
absorption capacity and can reduce phosphate levels in shrimp pond wastewater.

Suggestions

Based on the research that has been done, the method that has been carried out can be used to
analyze phosphate in other wastes, but further research needs to be done.
