Definition of Punctuation

Punctuation is the name of the


marks used in writing.
They are very essential signs to
understand a sentence in correct way.
Then the punctuation represent the
expression, and feeling in a sentence.
Kinds of punctuation

BRACKETS [ ]
Brackets encloses the additional things in the quoted material.
For example :”It [the river] taught me all I ever knew about life.”

ELLIPSIS .....

• It also indicates a pause.
