COMMENCEMENT OF
GROUND FLOOR SLAB

CONSTRUCTION MILESTONE DESCRIPTION

A `Slab’ is a horizontal, moulded layer of reinforced concrete,

supported by beams, columns, walls, or other framework, to create
a floor or roof.

In Godrej Royale Woods the Ground floor slab is where the stilt
parking is planned with access at specific points to the central
landscaping. The Ground floor slab level in Godrej Royale Woods is
naturally ventilated and has predominantly covered parking with
few services like the electrical room, fire control room, maintenance
room, common toilets, association room, DG panel room etc.
