Signage & Façade glass – gum marks removed,


Cash counter Wires- Discussed with franchisee to make clutter free wires, need
to be arranged in proper manner. It will done in
m/o june,
Backroom – Lying unwanted things of Franchisee, already Informed to them,
they have taken some of the things in his vehicle, rest will take in
this month by transport,
MH Performance – NBRR is 20%, Started more focusing on non buyer for
submitting their experience in MH Tab by telling them the
benefits comes after that. Given Responsibility to every staff
on roll on basis for better understanding,
Store Environment – Automatic Room Fresheners need to be installed, It will
implement from Monday or Tuesday, already discussed for
the same.
