Creating a New Document

Step 1: Click the File tab


Step 2: Click New in the pull
down menu
Step 3: Select Blank document which is
below Available Templates.User
can also start document by selecting
a template
Step 4: Click Create.A new blank document
will appear
Opening a Document

Step 1: Click the File tab


Step 2: Click Open
S Step 3: Select the document and click Open
Saving a Document

Step 1: Click the File tab


Step 2: Click Save or Save as
Step 3: Select the folder where the
document is to be saved
Step 4: Give a file name to your document
Step 5: Click Save
Printing a Document

Step 1: Click the File tab


Step 2: Select Print
Step 3: Change the print settings if
required and click print
