Objectives
Course Objectives
• Identify the operations and functions of an organization or a
department.
• Understand and explain the operations organization or the
department.
• Analyse the functions and day-to-day operations of the organization
or the department.
• Apply the learning to find probable solutions for business problems
• Prepare the students for enhanced employability.
Execution of Corporate Internship Project

1. Every student must identify an organization.


2. Every student shall put in 6 weeks of work in the organization to
understand its structure and process during their summer break.
At least 30 hours of work must be done every week.
3. Each student shall be assigned an internal and external mentor.
4. A work done statement must be maintained by each student,
where the job roles/activities undertaken/involved will be
recorded.
Execution of Corporate Internship Project

5. The work done statement must be countersigned by the concerned


mentor/faculty in charge in college and the person in charge at the
Organization.
6. Project report shall be submitted by each student.
7. An internal and external evaluation (IEC 1 & IEC 2) shall also be
conducted by a corporate internship evaluation committee.
8. Evaluation to be done based on student’s active participation, presentation,
work done statement, feedback from external guide and overall progress
made by the student.

Important Note

1. The presentation and Viva-voce will be carried out


in batches. The Panel will consist of two experts.

2. Each student will have to present for 10 minutes


followed by interaction with experts for 10
minutes.
