1. Introduction:
• Description of the purpose of the assignment and how it will be approached
• You need to include which theoretical model/framework you use to reflect on the
seminar activities

2. Reflection:
• What were the key issues? What was experienced?
• Don’t describe every single seminar task! Choose 3-4 tasks which you want to reflect
upon and describe it very briefly, give just a quick reference to the task
• What were the key issues in the task? What did you experience? Analyse by using
theories!
• Use “I”, refer to other team members by “Team member 1” or “Team member x”

You might want to start the reflection with a reference on how the group was formed
(Belbin Team Roles) and a reference to the forming stage of Tuckman’s Team
Development Model. What did you think about the whole process? What did you
