• Conducting headcount from the same geo point for different HH

• Geo point above acceptable accuracy level (20-24,1910.4 )

• No woreda or kebele shared RED MP

• Big catch-up vaccination report not submitted so far

• C-19 Vaccination integration

• Daily feedback provided through different platform ( telegram , email…)-Shagar

• Integrating headcount with other activities(FHT)

• Sharing smart phone among staff (Shaggar)

• Despite multiple PHE and in security
