• Members' activities are not properly recorded.
• Difficult to decide who deserves benefits.
• Passive members sometimes receive opportunities.
• Active members feel demotivated.
• No proper way to assign tasks, monitor, and evaluate performance.

Literature Review
• Performance appraisal systems enhance productivity, work quality,
and employee development. They recognize talents, aid decision-
making, and address behavioral issues, motivating members and
promoting accountability. Digital systems streamline data
management and administrative tasks, boosting efficiency. Overall,
they drive success by fostering a culture of excellence and continuous
improvement.
