Secondary prevention

• Cancer Screenings: Mammograms, Pap smears, and colonoscopies


for early detection of cancer.
• Blood Pressure Monitoring: Regular check-ups to identify and
manage hypertension.
• Cholesterol Testing: Screenings to detect high cholesterol levels and
reduce the risk of heart disease.
Tertiary prevention

• Cardiac Rehabilitation: Programs for heart attack survivors to


improve cardiovascular health.
• Physical Therapy: Rehabilitation services for individuals recovering
from injuries or surgeries.
• Diabetes Management: Support and education for individuals with
diabetes to prevent complications.
