Progesys and Vendors of Autonomous Fleet will be involved totally and/or partially in the following
activities;

 Mechanical completion phases (by Vendors)

 Supervision and management of Vendors (PROGESYS)

 Populating of Cx Force to follow progress of each stakeholder (PROGESYS)

 Managing the overall project deficiency list through Cx Force (PROGESYS)

 Managing all vendor Documentation to package it by HOP for IAMGOLD (PROGESYS)

 Pre-Operational verification and Testing (POV, by Vendors, follow up by PROGESYS)

 Sequence testing (by Vendors, follow up by PROGESYS)

 Commissioning (by Vendors, follow up by PROGESYS)

Structure
•In order to assure thoroughness, all
equipment shall be grouped into systems
which are called handover packages
(HOP’s).
•For each HOP, all documentation, all
verifications and tests shall be foreseen
for each discipline.
•To assure a gradual ramp up we
subdivided the WBS (Vendor’s Package)
in HOP then subdivided in Sequences for
gradual Commissioning and Startup.

 Commissioning Process

The goals of the commissioning process is to:

1. Ensure that the systems and components of the plant are designed, installed, tested and capable of being operated;

2. Gathering all documentation by HOP (Handover Package)

3. Ensuring the transfer of the plant from the Construction team to the Operations team in an orderly and safe manner.

Category A: implies that the item has non-conformities that endanger subsequent activities
and include such deficiencies as those affecting health and safety or may result in equipment
damage. These items must be resolved before handover from Construction phase to
Commissioning phase.
Category B: implies that the item has non-conformities or something that needs a correction,
but that this item shall be corrected Before the end of POV, before the start of Cx (cold or hot)
Category C: Implies that the item does not have health and safety effects and will not
endanger the integrity of equipment and operation. These deficiencies shall be corrected
before the transfer to operation.
Category D: implies that the item would be a “nice-to-have” improvement on an equipment
or part of the installation. These deficiencies can be transferred to operation Closure of
deficiencies
