1. Self-Awareness – includes recognition of our
personality, our strengths and weaknesses, our
likes and dislikes.
2. Coping with Emotions - involves recognizing
emotions in ourselves and others and how
emotions influence behavior.
3. Coping with Stress - In small doses, stress is
a good thing. It can energize and motivate you
to deal with challenges.
Interpersonal Relationship Skills

1. Interpersonal Relationship Skills - help us to


relate in positive ways with our family members and
others.

2. Ability to Empathize - is listening to someone's


problem and emotionally connecting to how the
person feels about this problem, without judging
whether the person is right or wrong.

are able to express ourselves, both verbally and non-
