Hello there,
I’d like to report the case of the missing bundle in the Jasper delivery. FE bundle was missing from the
Jasper release 1.0 and this caused our delivery dates to slip beyond the committed May mid delivery to
our customer Apple.
I had emailed immediately on noticing this mistake from your end. Initially I responded to your delivery
email but then I got the message that you are on vacation for 3 days . Then I emailed customer care
upon which I received the message that “we are looking into this” that too after 8 hours of wait.
Finally after copying the Director of TI VLSI division we could get a proper response with timeline and
schedule for redelivery. Finally the product was redelivered after 3 days .We had a loss of face with our
customer and we would like to never have this experience again in future.
I don’t know how to trust you folks in future for our critical deliveries.

Dear Anil,
On July 1st, I was delivered Jasper 1.0 shipment. Unfortunately, this product not only failed quality requirements, but it also was missing a
bundle.
I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with your products because the product delivered had major DFM issues and it was missing the
critical view without which tape out can’t happen. I had to use my workforce to fix all these issues at my end and ensure the delivery is met to
our customer InMobi on time.
I assume there is no quality checks that are happening in your organization. Plus the quality of workforce is poor and inefficient. Your
organization just does not care about us who pay in millions of dollars.
I am your long-time and loyal customer. I was always satisfied with the quality of products and services . Therefore, to resolve the problem
peacefully, I would appreciate your interest in my problem. I would like to ask you to compensate our organisation with $300K as a
compensation for the pain we had to take. Additionally I would like to get next release of Jasper 2.0 free of cost considering the trouble I went
through due to your inefficiency.
I hope we can come to a peaceful agreement on this issue. I am waiting for your reply and a resolution to my problem.
