 INTRODUCTION

Context : After implementing the project methodology and train the team on project management
and planning on Enovia in the last 2021 quarter.

So far, we implemented :
o Operation Meetings
o Project Management
o Project Planning on Enovia

We need to work on the Data Group Dashboard that will be available on the 3DX platform.

This dashboard will help the team to follow the ressources’ availability and see each member’s
allocations combined with their TMA and their time not occupied.

For this Dashboard there will be 2 sources of data :

- ISREQ tickets
- Data Operation

 An overview of resource availability Will be used by MDA team members :

 Show Resource Availability for Project Management
 Find the right resource and allocate the right resource for the right project
 Analyze the right resource and track the availability of each resource
- Contributor will gain information on their current availability days.
- Project Managers will gain information on each members’s allocations
today or days, weeks, and months in advance
