Vaccination and it's

relation to human :
• Definition of adaptive immunity:
• It involves immune response
• It includes :
• Sudden onset , short duration, passive
• Delay onset, active , and it takes long
duration
• Antigen enters the body and the body create
immune response .
• Active acquired immunity includes : natural
acquired immuniy , which occurs after
infection by creating an antibody ,
< artificial acquired immunity .
Artificial active immunity
vaccine:
What do we mean by vaccine?
Micron which has been killed and injected with in the
body.
But when we say killed we mean that it's
antigenicity will be destroyed, Then the body can't
create an antibody therefore we say attenuation
rather than killing .. decreases it's virulence .
Types of vaccination :
• 1/ passive immunization :
• It's full filled by injecting the recepient with
immunoglobulin either obtained from human or equine
serum.
• Specification:
• Provides immediate protection, who exposed to
microorganisms and do not have active immunity .
• It does not activate the immune system.
• No memory response.
• It dissapates with in a week to month because the
immunoglobulin is cleared from the body.
2/Active immunization :
• Is achieved by injecting of viable pathology or
purified pathogen product , promoting the lmmune
system to respond as if the body was being
attacked by an intact infection , thus creates
Antibody .
