Třebíč is a small Moravian town in


the Vysočina Region, situated on the Jihlava
river, about 65 km (40 mi) west of Brno.

important towns in Moravia.
H I S TO R Y

The Jewish Quarter of Třebíč dates back to the


13th century. Jews settled in the area and
established a thriving community. In the 19th
century, the Jewish Quarter underwent
significant changes, including the construction
of new buildings and the renovation of existing
ones.
