what people actually do or what events take place
during a buying or consumption situation.
“Information is collected by observing process at
work.”
• Interview Method: An interview is generally a
qualitative research technique that involves asking
open-ended questions to converse with
respondents and collect elicit data about a
subject.
9
MANUFACTURING PROCESS
• Manufacturing process is the turning raw materials
or parts into finished goods through the use of tools,
human, machinery and chemical processing. The
process of plywood manufacturing has eleven steps,
they are Log storage and selection, Debarking, Log
cutting, Peeling, Drying, Gluing, Cold pressing, Hot
pressing, Sanding, Trimming, Grading and packing.
