Two-Factor Authentication or 2FA is an extra layer of
protection used to ensure the security of online accounts beyond the traditional username and password; SYNCING THE DATE & TIME SETTINGS OF YOUR MOBILE DEVICE WITH YOUR GOOGLE AUTHENTICATOR Getting Started for Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) :
1. Download Google Authenticator on Google Play for
Android Phones or Apple Store Getting Started for Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) :
1. Click VPN Installed on your PC/laptop.
2. Then connect to VPN 3. If the VPN is connected 4. Open a browser: Google, Mozzila Firefox 5. Input your email address and current password 6. Then click Sign-in button 7. Enter New Password and Confirm the Password:
Password must be between 12 to 20 characters
Must contain at least one uppercase letter Must contain at least one lowercase letter Must contain at least one digit number Must contain special characters indicated as follows: • ! – exclamation point • ? – question mark • # - number sign • $ - dollar sign • % - percent sign • & - and sign 8. After you enter the New Password that contains the required characters then click the Activate button. 9. Then enter the email and new password, then click the Sign-in button 10. The Two-Factor Authentication Screen will be displayed. Using your mobile device, scan the One-time QR code 11. Enter the code sent to your Google Authenticator then click Activate button. 12.
