SIC SOILCON is Soil stabilization.

Soil is a part of the earth’s curst composed of minerals and organic matter.
[SOILCON] In other words soil also formed from stone fragments and additives (growth protection
promoters).

 DESIGN STRENGTH OF ROAD CONSTRUCTION

1. Examples of designs of road construction heavy vehicles : 100,000 Kg f

1) Rear wheel of the vehicle = 100,000Kg f × 0.75 = 75,000 Kg f

= 4,800 cm2

 CONSTRUCTION MANUAL

1. Preparation of work
1) Before construction, soil(foundation) must be compacted first
(Recommend 98% foundation)
SIC 2) Preparing soil that is dry or loose does not clot.
3) Cement (PCC) Portland, Water, SOILCON
[SOILCON] 2. Construction Application work (Batching plant method)
1) Soil, Cement, Soilcon and water mixed with mixer in stock-file.
2) Spread the mix with Finisher
3) Compaction with 3 kinds of Roller (roller is from the outside to the middle)
. 1st : Hand Roller max 3 ton (Rollers smooth)
. 2nd : Tired Roller 8~10 ton

Soil Stabilizer 4) Cover the road using plastic (vinyl that not transparent) for for 7~8 days.
5) Asphalt

3. Composition material
1) Alternatif Base/ Sub base : cement 8~10% (from soil), SOILCON 0.1~0.2% (from soil)
2) Alternatif Beton : cement 10~15% (from soil), SOILCON 0.1~0.2% (from soil)
3) Water : 8~15% from soil

 When CRAY levels are high, bottom ash is added or SAND

is added.

 When SILT levels are high, bottom as is added or SAND is

added.

 When the high SAND level of CRAY is added.
