Path and Methodology followed

 Team Work
 Activities were accomplished as a team utilizing the Microsoft Teams forum and messaging tools
such as WhatsApp. Completing exercises as a team reduced the overall time necessary to play the
game, provided various perspectives, accelerated learning, and hence improved overall execution.
 Focus on Program Updates
 Before each round, the program overview and update section were reviewed to ensure that all
team members were aware of the changes in the program and emphasis area for that round.
 Identify and priorities the longest project paths
 Because the project has several branches and interdependent tasks, priority was given to the
longest project routes, as any delay in finishing them would incur a program delay cost of €
5K/day. Over time choices are also employed because they are less expensive than the program
delay cost.
 Use outsourcing activities
 In rounds 2 and 3, we used the outsourcing option for one activity. It helped to improve the
execution speed. The outsourcing option is less expensive than the program delay cost of €5,000
per day.
