• Engage in spiritual disciplines such as prayer,
fasting, and Scripture study to dismantle
strongholds and align your thoughts with
Christ's truth.
• Challenge your thought patterns and beliefs by
intentionally exposing yourself to different
perspectives within the body of Christ.

pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of
prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert
and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s
people.
Application:
• Seek the truth of Christ amidst the world's
conflicting views, relying on God's Word and
the Holy Spirit for discernment.
• Make a daily choice to walk in the Spirit,
surrendering fleshly desires and pursuing
spiritual growth.
• Confront and break down strongholds that
hinder your understanding of truth, actively
renewing your mind through prayer,
Scripture study, and fellowship.
Challenges:
• Evaluate one area of your life where your beliefs
may have been influenced by the world, and
commit to aligning it with Christ's truth.
• Choose one specific habit or desire you struggle
with and intentionally surrender it to the leading
of the Holy Spirit.
• Identify a stronghold that hinders your spiritual
growth and develop a plan to break its grip
through prayer, Scripture meditation, and
seeking support from fellow believers.
Conclusion:
• Sa pamamagitan ng pagkilala sa mga magkasalungat
na katotohanan, pagpili na lumakad sa Espiritu, at
aktibong pagsira sa mga hadlang, malalampasan
natin ang mga espirituwal na hamon na dulot ng
mundo, ng laman, at ng diyablo, at masunod natin si
Cristo at magiging katulad Niya.

abandons the sheep and runs away. Then the wolf
attacks the flock and scatters it. [13] The man runs
away because he is a hired hand and cares nothing
for the sheep.
Mark 8:34-38
Then he called the crowd to him along with his disciples
and said: “Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny
themselves and take up their cross and follow me. [35]
For whoever wants to save their life will lose it, but
whoever loses their life for me and for the gospel will
save it. [36] What good is it for someone to gain the
whole world, yet forfeit their soul? [37] Or what can
anyone give in exchange for their soul? [38] If anyone is
ashamed of me and my words in this adulterous and
sinful generation, the Son of Man will be ashamed of
them when he comes in his Father’s glory with the holy
